Create your company workspace
A new company is created with a trial, a chart of accounts, a warehouse and basic rules ready.
Before you start
- A signed-in Finday account, see the tutorial Create your Finday account.
- The company's legal name and a phone number.
Steps
Step 1: Open Create company
On the Choose a workspace page, click Create company.

Step 2: Fill in the company names
Fill in the Company legal name with the official name, for example PT Example Indonesia, and the Company display name shown in the app.

Step 3: Fill in the contact and other details
Choose the Country code, for example +62 Indonesia, and fill in the Phone number. Address, Billing address, Tax ID (NPWP) and Industry can be filled in now or later in the company profile.

Step 4: Create the company
If you have a promo code, enter it in Promocode and click Apply. Then click Create company. Home opens with the trial active notice.

When you are done
- You become the company owner and land on Home with a 7-day trial. All modules are enabled during the trial.
- Finday sets up a default chart of accounts, the main warehouse HQ, the IDR currency and fallback approval routes for purchases, advances and claims.
- Go on to the tutorial Check setup readiness, then Fill in the company profile and Invite employees and users.
Common problems
A message says the phone number must contain digits only
The phone number may only contain digits, 6 to 20 of them, with no spaces or + sign.
A Company creation limit reached message appears
One account can create at most 3 companies in 24 hours. Try again later.
The promo code doesn't work
Promocode is invalid or expired means the code can't be used. The company can still be created without it.
