Before you start
What we agree on with you before any work begins, so the scope and who is responsible for what are clear from the first month.
Scope, documents and outputs of the tax service
In the consultation, decide which obligations and periods we help with. The checklist for PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot or SPT (tax returns) follows your company's situation, and the proposal lists each obligation separately.
- Inputs: accounting transactions, invoices, withholding slips, tax documents and the relevant payroll data.
- Outputs to agree on: a reconciliation of the tax data, a list of corrections, draft calculations and the return documents for review.
- Finday is connected to Coretax. If filing is in scope, agree on the authorization, the person responsible and how the electronic filing receipt (BPE) is handed over. Never share login details through a consultation channel.
Review process and what your company is responsible for
The work starts by checking the data is complete, mapping each obligation, clearing up differences and reviewing the drafts before approval. Deadlines depend on the type of obligation and the current rules, so there is no single date that fits every company.
- Your company is responsible for the accuracy of its documents, approving each return and paying the tax.
- Confirm who the reviewer is and what they are authorized to sign off, the access they need, the work calendar and how corrections are made.
- Tax audits, disputes, amending earlier periods and other special assistance need their own scope and are not included by default.
Example: a review before filing
This is an illustration, not a customer result. The team finds a difference between an invoice amount and the tax records. They check the supporting documents, find the cause and get the change to the draft approved before it is finalized.
- Keep a reference from every figure in the draft to its source document.
- Record each correction and who approved it, so the decision can be traced later.
- Check official DJP information for changes in procedure. This page describes the service and does not calculate your company's tax obligations.
