What DocVision reads
DocVision reads the documents you receive every month, as photos or PDFs, and arranges them into clean fields.
- Invoices: the vendor, invoice number, date, line totals and 11% VAT (PPN) where the document shows it.
- Receipts: the merchant, date and total.
- Bank statements: every transaction line, money in and money out.
- Send documents on WhatsApp or upload them directly.
You check it before it is recorded
What DocVision reads appears as fields you can check and correct. The data is used only after you approve it, so no figure reaches your books unchecked.
