Fill in the company profile
Invoices, quotations and document emails carry your company's logo, name, addresses and bank accounts.
Before you start
- Access to change the company profile.
- The company logo as PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG.
- The company bank accounts that receive customer payments.
Steps
Step 1: Open Company profile & billing
In the sidebar, choose Settings. The Workspace settings page opens; on Company profile & billing, click Open.

Step 2: Fill in the company identity
Under Identity, click Upload logo, then fill in Display name, Legal name, Company address and Billing address.

Step 3: Add the bank accounts for billing
Under Billing & remittance, fill in the Billing message, then click Add billing bank and fill in the bank, branch, account number and account holder.

Step 4: Click Save company profile
The changes are used on the next documents straight away.

When you are done
- The name, addresses and logo appear on documents printed and sent from Finday.
- The bank accounts and billing message appear in the payment section of invoices.
- The company NPWP and NITKU go on the same page, see Fill in the company's tax identity.
Common problems
The message "Company display name is required." appears
Fill in Display name under Identity before saving.
Where is the company currency set?
The base and foreign currencies are set in Settings, under Multi-currency, not in the company profile.
