Before you start

  • Sales or purchase access.

  3. Step 3: Upload the file and import the valid rows

Click Upload file. The preview shows the rows ready to import, to create and to update. Click the import button, for example Import 120 valid row(s).

When you are done

  • New contacts are created and existing ones are updated.
  • An import batch can be deleted if it turns out wrong.

Common problems

Imported contacts do not appear on transactions

The status column was left blank, so the contacts landed in the Prospect stage. Set status to Active and import again, or change the stage on the contact.
