Common problems

Paying several bills from one vendor at once

In Unpaid bills, enter a Payment Amount for each bill you are paying. Total Allocation shows the sum.

Scheduling the payment first

Open the Payment Schedule and choose Schedule payment on the bill in the Upcoming tab. Once the money has gone out, choose Mark as paid in the Scheduled tab; Finday creates the payment document.
