When you are done
- You have the period's Input VAT, Output VAT and Net VAT payable, with the list of documents.
- The CSV, Excel and PDF exports are summaries to check, not Coretax files. The Coretax file is made in the tutorial Generate the Output VAT XML for Coretax.
Common problems
A message says no VAT transactions were found
There is no taxed document in that period, or the documents are still drafts. Check the year, month and the documents' status.
The tax type name in the report looks wrong
The tax type is matched by rate percentage. If two active rates share a percentage, the first one is shown.
